Terms of Service

1. The Services

Primitives Cloud hosts databases, filesystems, queues, memories, vaults, key-value stores and object storage for your agents, reached through the REST API, the SDKs and MCP.

The Primitives engine, SDKs and MCP server are open source under the Apache License 2.0. Running them yourself is governed by that license, not by these terms.

2. Accounts and API keys

You sign in with a Google account and must keep your account information accurate. You are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including calls made with your API keys and by the apps you connect with OAuth.

Keep API keys secret, scope them to the groups and tools your agents need, and revoke any key you believe is exposed.

3. Your content

You keep all rights in the data you and your agents store in the Services, including database rows, files, queue messages, memories and secrets (“Your Content”).

You grant us the limited right to host, copy, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Services. Secrets are used only to make the requests your agents ask for.

4. Responsibility for your agents

Your agents act on your behalf. You are responsible for what they store, the requests they make with your secrets, and their compliance with the terms of any third-party service they call.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, store or distribute malware, attack or scan systems you don't own, send spam, or attempt to bypass plan limits, isolation between groups or other security controls.

We may limit or suspend access that threatens the security or stability of the Services or other customers.

6. Plans and fees

The Starter plan is free and has hard limits. Usage beyond them is refused, never billed.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, and usage beyond the included amounts is billed in arrears at the prices in effect at the time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before changing the price of a plan you are on.

7. Backups and availability

We work to keep the Services available and your data durable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of data you cannot afford to lose, for example with exports or snapshots.

8. Termination

You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.

After closure, you can request an export of Your Content for a limited time. After that, Your Content is deleted from the Services.

9. Intellectual property

We and our licensors keep all rights in the Services, apart from open-source components, which are licensed under their own terms. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and we will notify workspace owners by email.
